how to put the cartridges in the printer

Hi, I have problems with putting the cartridges in my printer HPOffice Jet 2620 though they should get in, and though they haven't expired, could I be sent a video or something like that? I am desperate, regards.

   Desperate enough to visit the web site of the right company?
Printers are at "hp.com", not "hpe.com".
