HP 4510s WIFI Problems

For no apparent reason for the past 3months my computers wifi detection or connection does not work. When I connect it on ethernet and use my phone as moderm it works perfectly. what could be the problem. I am using HP Proobook 4510s, Windows 7 Ultimate services pack 1.
