Network Node Manager throughput graph

Please Help to understand this graph, and define the Y1 and Y2 values.

It is possible i get throughput in Mbps and if i want to convert in mbps then how it is possible ?

when i devided {bps / 1024*1024} i didn't get proper value it's cross my lease line bandwith how it's possible.
