HP bloatware removal question

Hi I was just wondering I recently bought a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and I wanted to ask if HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows is safe to remove, I've removed every other HP software on the device besides the Coolsense.

Thank you for posting! You have reached the wrong company for HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)
