Guten Tag,
wer kann mir bei o.g. Problem helfen? Die Software "HP Instant Printing" stürzt nach wenigen Sekunden immer ab. Auf einem Windows 7-Computer funktionierte es einwandfrei. Seit Windows 10 unter einem neuen PC verwendet wird, stürzt die Software immer ab. Es handelt sich um einen HP DesignJet T2530
Folgendes wurde bereits gemacht:
* Software neu installiert
* Treiber des Druckers überprüft
* Software auf 2 anderen Computern mit gleichen Spezifikationen getestet (da hat es funktioniert)
* OS-Version auf Aktualität überprüft (inkl. BIOS)
* TEMP und TMP-Ordner geprüft
Um jeden Ratschlag sind wir dankbar. Eine Neuinstallation des Rechners sollte nur als absolut letzte Möglichkeit in Betracht gezogen werden.

Good day,
who can help me with this problem? The software "HP Instant Printing" always crashes after a few seconds. It works fine on a Windows 7 computer. Since the upgrade to Windows 10 including a new PC, the software always crashes. It is an HP DesignJet T2530
The following has already been checked:
* Software reinstalled
* Driver of the printer checked for actuality
* Software tested on 2 other computers with same specifications (no errors)
* OS version checked for actuality (including BIOS)
* TEMP and TMP folder checked
We are grateful for any advice. Reinstalling the computer should only be considered an absolute last resort.
