HP TRIM - MS Office Ribbons Keeps Disappearing from User Machines

HPRM8 has been rolled out to user machines as well as its MS Office Ribbon; however, the ribbon keeps disappearing from some machines and users are not able to reactivate it via the 'COM Add-In' in MS Office.

Any idea why this is happening? We have had cases where recreating user profiles has resolved the issue.
