HP ProCurve switch access with PUTTY
Hi there, I'm know that I am not in the right forum to be asking this but I can't find one to ask my question. I have a ProCurve 2610-48 that has been working for years and years, and we have had to do nothing to it, until now. Over the weekend, it went down. I came in and pulled the power on it, plugged back in and has been working fine since.
I was going to have a look at the logs but of course, the unit is so old that a current browser can't be used. I downloaded Putty to access it but I stopped there because I have no idea how to maneuver in the menu through Putty.
Can someone provide a link to the commands please?
The date and time are out
I want to export the log file
I would like to get a complete config listing of the unit too

Re: HP ProCurve switch access with PUTTY
I was able to get into the unit but not as the root admin so will need to go onsite and get the serial cable hooked up to the unit to do anything with it.

Re: HP ProCurve switch access with PUTTY
is there any place that I can get some help with CLI commands. I am connected to the switch with the serial cable and
I can log in and get to the CONSOLE – OPERATOR Mode Main Menu
From there, I am unsure of what to do
