HP R5000 UPS Issue

Site wiring fault warning always present, the wiring was calculated for continuous use @30 amps, the earth is free of voltage, test reading was 150 mV (. 150 V), casing also to earth bus, this is a separate earth designed for the server room and the fault keeps showing. Any suggestions to resolve the issue?

Thanks kindly

Re: Query: HP R5000 UPS Issue

Greetings and thank you for your response, but this information was already at our disposition and does not address the alarm code # 194 as the UPS is claiming that there is an issue with the building wiring.
Facts
1. The UPS is configured for a 208V input, meaning 2 phases and an earth cables. NO Neutral.
2. Building is properly grounded, test confirms no voltage neutral to ground.
3. No where in the documentation or support forum, or HPE site does it mention the proper fix for this alarm #194.

Really appreciate any guidance and support you can provide.

Thanks kindly

Re: Query: HP R5000 UPS Issue

Hello @ AbeAyende,

Thank you for your post.

Alarm code 194 is - "The voltage difference between ground and neutral is below 30V."

Since when are you facing this issue?
What is the Impact?
Have you tried a different wall outlet?
