HP UFT 12.53 License install issue

Hi,

I am using HP 12.53 and after successful concurrent license install, it gives error message when I try to create an API type of test.

In the License wizard, it shows following as 'detail' of error:

Access to the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\HP\HP Unified Functional Testing\AWS' is denied.

Can anyone suggest if there are licenses only for GUI and not API testing or what may be next step to resolve this issue.
