HPE 5510 JH148A on latest firmware not recognizing some devices
We have around 150 HPE 5510's. They are all on the latest firmware version 5510_HI_7.10.R3507-US.
I am having issues with one switch not recognizing and linking all devices that are connected.
For example:
I plug in a laptop to port 2 and it work. I plug in a desktop to port 2 and it does not work. I plug in a camera into port 2 and it does not work. It does not do this on all the ports, but it is doing this on several of the ports. The model of the switch is JH148A. It was last rebooted in January and is a single device not a stack.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
