HPE Flexfabric Routed Sub Interface - Dot1q tag.
Hi
i have a set of HPE flexfabric 7904 switches (HPE Comware Software, Version 7.1.070, Release 2719) and i want to create a multiple sub interfaces on a route interface with diffent dot1q tag and mapped to different vpn instances. when i create the sub interfaces im missing the dot1q tag command, could someone guide me in the right direction regarding how to do this config on HPE. L2 trunk/briding with SVI is not an option here.
interface FortyGigE3/0/12
port link-mode route
mtu 9008
ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
ospf network-type p2p
ospf bfd enable
#
interface FortyGigE3/0/12.1003 <--- missing "encapsulation dot1x 1003" under the sub interface
mtu 9000
ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
ospf network-type p2p
ospf 1003 area 0.0.0.1
ospf bfd enable
ip binding vpn-instance xxxx
