IPTV issue TV's are pixilating

IPTV issue TV's are pixilating

We purchased Instant On switches for the hotel to run wifi and IPTV. Wifi works fine but IPTV is not multicasting and IGMP is configured correctly but TV is pixilating. kindly assist
