Printer cartridge issues
Hello, I wonder if someone could give some advice please.
I have an HP PageWide Pro MFP477dw printer and have always used compatible cartridges. However, today when I changed over I'm getting a message which says: 'The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non HP chip.... Replace the indicated cartridges to resume printing.'
This is all of them which is somewhat expensive!
Does anyone have a solution please?
Thanks very much.
