JA showing comm errors but the printers are online

JA showing comm errors but the printers are online

Hi everyone,

 

  I'm having an issue with the latest version of JA showing some not all printers as having communication errors but they are really online 

I can ping them just fine. I unplugged them and restarted the server JA resides on but this did not help.

 

Has anyone run into this?

Hi,

You have reached the wrong company for HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)
