JetAdmin Firmware Fails Download

Trying to download the following new firmware releases from 8/27/17 but get error under progress:

- v.41.19 J8021A

- v.45.39 J8024A

- v.45.39 J8025A

Please let me know if there is something I need to do.

These devices are print servers. Nothing to do with the HP-UX operating system or HP Enterprise servers. When you post your question to the printer forums, be sure to include what you used as a website and what the actual message was.
