Unable to Start Or Stop Service Using OO.

hi,

I have an Admin rights on windows server 2012.When i trying to run my service restart workflow i am getting following error.

System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.

Please guide what should i do or what type of access i will need to resolve this.
