MSM325 access point - fails to update firmware

my MSM 325's are running firmware 5.3.5, I see there is a 5.4.0 available;-

Have downloaded the file and pointed the "firmware update tab" to it but I get an error message that the file is truncated/invalid.
Ditto if I try an incremental upgrade to 5.3.6

What am I missing...
