NNMi 10 non-snmp node "no status". Possible reasons?

HP NNM i 250+/50 SW E-LTU  all non-snmp nodes displaying "no-status" . Nodes are up and respond to a ping. Feedback on possible reasons and settings to look at greatly appreciated.

Network Node Manager is a product of Micro Focus. To find information and surface questions, I recommend this board.
