Pink tint in scans. HP Laserjet M1005 Multi Function Printer.

Hi

I recently purchased HP Laserjet M1005 MFP.

The scans that it does have a pink tint.

this is especially when the document has a lot of white space.

My settings are on default and I have tried all the methods I found on HP website. like turning on and off, restore default settings, cleaning glass etc but to no use.

Please help me solve this problem. This is a new device and it is not supposed to have problems so early.
