MF QTP 11 Crashes

Hi,

I had UFT 12.02 before which i uninstalled and installed QTP 11 after clean uninstallation. QTP 11 got successfully installed but while launching a pop up appears with message "An Unsupported Operation was Attempted". once after clicking on OK on pop up, QTP launches with Run time error dialog and get closed. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue??
