RELIABILITY
HP problem with my printer was "remedied" by unloading software and dowloading new software from HP.
It was then consequently VERY SLOW! Over 1 minute per black and white page. Three calls to different escalation teams resulted in being told...."You need to buy a new printer and we have a discount available today!!!"
Then subsequent escalation - I was told - "its the cable - you need to buy a new power lead from us". (This incuded 1 full day of time plus call out fees for a local technician!!!
I then discover that there is a CLASS ACTION against HP in America linked to unfair practices!!!
Is it me?!!!!
