Switch core detects VRRP duplication - HA configuration

The IP address 10.20.2.1 is being duplicated, a situation caused by both HP switches simultaneously announcing the virtual MAC address 00:00:5E:00:01:10 corresponding to the VRRP protocol. This raises the question of why two devices in the same VRRP group would be assuming the master role at the same time. However, upon reviewing the VRRP configuration, each switch has a different IP address.

Please help me if you know where I can find documentation confirming that this is a bug in the Primary Software KB.16.08.0020 firmware. The switch model is as follows: HP Switch 5406Rzl2.
