TP Link or D Link in range extender mode connecting to ARUBA

TP Link and D Link easily connect as extender with other type of Routers, 
Impossible to connect the TP link (TL_WR940N) ro D Link (R15).  Is this a compatibilyty issue?

I need to connect an equipment which has only an ethernet connection and need to communicate through our ARUBA Wifi coverage. What solutions is provided?
