HP repair question
I'm sending my laptop in to Hp for repairs because my fan stopped working so it's only a hardware issue. I know it doesn't make sense but I'm wondering if they'd at any time go through my software as protocol or something because since the fan just stopped working, I couldn't back up my data. I just started to worry on loosing my data because of the file transfer they offer as a back up in case data loss is possible.
