Query: Upgrade Coreswitch CX8360

Upgrade Coreswitch CX8360

I have 2 coreswitches 8360-48Y6C v2 Switch (JL719C) connected as a stack, i'm trying to update the firmware to the latest recommended firmware from Aruba central but everytime i got this message Failed to execute Firmware Upgrade CLI

how can i solve this?
