Website bug

Hi, i had recently added all the hardware from my company to a new account on the french HPE website, when i look in the support from in the french website it says that my two HPE OfficeConnect 1950 12XGT 4SFP+ Switches don't have any new firmware, but when i looked on english support and found an update on this page OfficeConnect support - Hewlett Packard Enterprise (hpe.com) but when i try to download the following link https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/downloads/DownloadSoftware.aspx?SoftwareReleaseUId=28847&ProductNumber=JH295A provided in this page, it every time redirect me to english log in, and when i log in the english account version it says that i have no hardware registered, i tried to add my already registered hardware on the english part of the support website but as it is already registered in the french part it says that it don't find my hardware and it is just impossible for me to download the latest build (950_12XGT_7.10.R5106P06) for my 10-Gigabit Aggregation Switch (JH295A). I can't believe that a so big company block the download for software update for their customers.

That sounds incredibly frustrating I can totally understand your disappointment. It's confusing when regional portals like HPE France and HPE Global don't sync hardware registrations, especially when you're just trying to access a firmware update. Blocking critical updates like this for already-registered products doesn't reflect well on customer support.

HPE should really streamline the experience across regions or at least allow registered users to download updates regardless of portal origin. Hopefully, a support rep can manually link your French account to the global system or provide direct access to the firmware you need. You’re not alone—many users have faced similar issues.
