My procurve Register Device

Hi

I have problem with auto procurve Register Device I put my username ID@hp.com and my password but not working ?? It give the next  message (in the Attachments).

Hello,

 

What PCM version are you using? I've seen this issue in our lab on PCMv3.2, and after an update to Autoupdate package #5 (released recently) the issue seems to be gone, no more error message (though I haven't verified that the devices are actually registered on the portal).

we have PCMv3.2 and i check Today after the update #5  it Work fine now thank for your help.

Are you truly entering  your  ID as you posted above ( ID@HP.com?)    I think you need to be putting in your own email address ( unless you work at HP?)
