acpitabl.dat loop when taking/using RDP image of 385G2 server

We've created a new Windows2003 R2/SP2 server build; this build works. After deploying it to a 385G2 server, we've taken an image of that server and pushed onto other servers with identical hardware. On boot, it starts loading windows, then reboots. When booting in safe mode, we noted that it reboots at the point that it loads acpitabl.dat.

If we push the image to the source server, it works correctly!

Would appreciate any suggestions for troubleshooting - what might prevent the destination server from taking the image?

Note that the destination servers being tested are fresh out of box DL385G2's, as was source server.
