Deploy ESX 3.0.2 gets error "Unable to retrieve install image"

I am using a fresh install of RDP3.8, did not customize any jobs. the GRUB image loads and gives me error:

"Unable to retrieve install image". I try to set the FTP parameters by hand but nothing works.

Thanks for any imput

Hey!

A few things you can check. Does the server got an IP adress on a interface that can reach the Deployment server. When grub loads it tries to use the "production" LAN not the PXE boot. the IP adress should be set in the Create boot enviroment task, osconfig file.

If it has a IP adress check in program options undet the Global tab. is the client/server filetransfer box enabled??

If all these are correct check your network config..
