RDP and kickstart
Hi,
I just deployed a c7000 blade with a few of BL servers. I have also installed RDP (Altiris) on the management server and it works well for Windows deployment but I prefer to install Red Hat Linux machines using kickstart file.
What's the best way to integrate RDP PXE with kickstart?

Re: RDP and kickstart
Then you'll be happy. The standard jobs populated in RDP for RHEL use kickstart. You can use this as a starting point to modify to your needs or supply your own kickstart.

Re: RDP and kickstart
As mentioned above the RDP have standard jobs for RDP. Check deployment share.
\\YourRDPServer\eXpress\lib\osconfig\(the red hat version you want to use)\ default.cfg
There you'll have you kickstart.
The Redhat job will use linuxPE to run the job. if the linuxPE was installed during installation of RDP.
