RDP : no reboot to PXE on redhat Job for Virtual machine

Hi,

I use RDP 3.5 for deployement of Redhat masters on my Proliant servers and it's working fine.
On a VM (i am not newbie on vmware), after the grub task, ther is a reboot then a last task to create the boot env. The server should restart to PXE and do the task, but prefere starting to the incomplete grub.

I can create to job so the create boot env can follow the grub, but how can it be possible that the server is not set to boot pxe to finish the tasks ?

I have a job that :
- Deploy System Conf
- deploy Grub image
- reboot
- Create boot environnement

How do RDP tell to the server that after the restart task, it has to restart in PXE and not on the founded partition ?

regards

Re: RDP : no reboot to PXE on redhat Job for Virtual machine

One more detail on my probleme.

I found that at the moment I start A VM, the first time I do a PXE it found correclty the PXE server and do what the RDP server ask to do.
All the next reboots, PXE loop and found nothing !! Strange !
If I control the power of the VM and do a restart, it reworks as I mention only once !!
