Servers not appearing

I have been doing some testing with RDP over the past couple of weeks in a test lab i created very successfully.

I have moved over to the production server and when i am PXE booting a new server it is not appearing in the NEW COMPUTERS section

They are on different VLANs which isnt a problem and there are no Firewalls in way

Any advise would be appreciated

Mostly when servers is not appearing its communication problems or There is a object for that server already in RDP.

I deleted all old computer accounts in the COmputer Pane in RDP

When it PXE Boots it sees its own IP and the PXE/RDP Server IP - it goes through to the Altiris D Agent Service and sits on Client Record Updated

Nothing appears in the Computers Pane

TRied to restart all the Services and one wouldnt stop - rebooted the server twice and now its working
