Unable to restart managed server

Hi

I have 4 bl460's with windows 2003 and the rdp client on there, when i select them from the list on the console and right click and select restart under power management nothing happens.

I also started a job which ran under the pxe environment and it did not restart the server

how can I check / debug this problem

Do you have other servers that this is working on or is it on all of them?

Probably a question of the Agent settings..

Rightclick the server in the deployment console choose Change agent settings>Production agent...

Under Access tab check to se that "Allow this computer to be remote controlled" is checked and that the others about user prompting is not checked.

Under the Startup/shutdown tab Verify that "Force all programs to close when shutting down" is checked.
