162-system options not found

I have just purchased the following motherboard

Compaq Uwave3 (KU32212103)
SPS BD SYS KM133A
Part No 222480-102
Spare No. 244759-002

for use with Athlon Duron CPU

I cannot access the bios (presume F10 or Del)

But get "162-system options not found" I presume I need a softpaq but would be grateful if you could confirm which one from the above information

Look for SmartStart CD for this server model. There's configuration utility on this CD
