Smartstart 5.20 keeps dieing while setting up DL380 G1

trying to setup a DL380 with dual 933hz CPU, 2 GB Ram(2x512 and 1024) 4 36.7 GB 15k in 0-3 and 2 9.1 GB 10k Ultra 3 in 4 and 5. 4200 Controller

Using 5.20 and after doing the Harware discovery and systen partion it reboots. When it comes backe up to the Smartstart screen it GPF's out on me. Always at the same spot...

I setup a similar box with same speed cpus' but different memory (1GB) and same drive config but Ultra2 10k drives instead.

No probs in that setup....problem lie in drives or memory perhaps?

Remove the 1024MB DIMM. This should resolve your problem.
