Make sure that memory is configured properly. Refer https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c05227249.

If memory is configured properly, logon to iLO and check the system health, memory health if it is showing any failure.

Collect advanced survey report and share.

If there is any failure, replace the DIMM.

If your system have carepack, log a support ticket with HPE.
