215- Nonfunctioning Voltage Regulator

I am receiving the following error on boot up of my ML370 server: 215- Nonfunctioning Voltage Regulator Module for Processor 2. How can I resolve this?

Is it picking up the second processor in the operating system?? If not then please have the voltage regulator replaced. Otherwise please update the BIOS.

Do you know what the voltage regulator part number is? Where can I download the last driver. I have a 370 G2 with 1.13 chip
