301-keybpard error

When booting I get this error. I have tried different keyboards and still get the error. Is there a way to reset the server to find the hardware again?

Please try updating the system bios and run System Configuration Utility by downloading SP19619 from www.compaq.com. If all else fails then there may be an issue with the System I/O Bd. Please contact our Tech Support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
