312-HP Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure
we’ve using HP Proliant ML350 Gen9 servers from 3 years for a Shop with Windows Server 2012 and from 2 days we are facing high Fan speed (and noise). Every few minutes the server's fans are running at high speed
I have restarted the Server and found Errors detected while Booting in Syatem Health.
[configuration required] system BIOS --> 312-HP Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure
[Healthy] Embedded : iLO 4 Function 2 Devices
[Healthy] Embedded RAID 1 : Smart Array P440ar Controller
Kindly Suggest.
Any advice?
Thank you in advance.

Re: 312-HP Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure
Greetings!
Please update iLO and BIOS as recommended in the below mentioned advisory.
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c05175070
If the issue persists, then one of the following could be the cause.
-> The HPE Smart Storage battery is not installed correctly.
-> The HPE Smart Storage battery is degraded or has failed.
