What would be the easiesti way for total BIOS / firmware update to ML350eG8v2 -server?

Win2012R2 std and no virtualization. No iLO. The current firmware / BIOS level is from 2015-2016 quite likely.

After the firmware and BIOS is updated should I update for example NIC driver from Win OS?
