32 bit Network card

Hi there
I have a 32 bit network card :
"32 Bit Bus Master PCI" in description.
Will it work with 64 bit motherboard ?

EXACT NIC model?
Maybe if you note the Product Numbers, it would be easier...

Definetively provide the info requested by Mi6t0 if you need an accurate answer... in general terms, I believe as long as the card is a 3.3 volt PCI, it will be compatible with a 64 bit PCI-X slot.
