366T card is showing degrading after insertion in DL380 Gen9

Hello .

We have facing one issue.

We have DL380 Gen9 server and we need to get on Ericsson sw level 1.12 So we required add new 366T adapter Card.

We had insert Adapter card successfully but we are geeting link down and status is showing Degraded.

So Please suggest me how we can get status of this card is up.

Need to verify below details. 

1. In which slot the card is installed?

2. What is the driver and firmware version of the NIC

3. What is the OS installed on the server.

4. Where is it showing as degraded. 

5. Frequecy of the disconnections.

6. Known issues with this adapter. 

I recommend you to log a support ticket with HPE technical team to validate and resolve this issue.
