5 V slots missing

We have been using ML530 for a long time and 3000 before and suddenly found out that PCI 5V slots have totally disappeared. Is there any specific reason for that 'cause 5V cards are still the only choice for certain purposes.

It's nothing more then the Technological advances and the Engginerring Departments decision in this regard.
