8 Minutes or more boottime on BIOS with a MicroServer Gen10 plus and a Microsemi 2100i-8

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to resolve long booting. I am seeing the Bootscreen for a really long time, with the message "Starting the required devices." Further there is a message that I need to configure the Adaptex SmartHBA - it was comletly set up with the image from Adaptec/Microsemi and does not show any errors or messages within that manager. Might be there is a link to a TPM Module that I tried to "smooth" transition to Win 11. By the way windows is up quite easy, but TPM Module takes 40~60% CPU.... Latest SPP installed.

Thanks for any tips
