Hi Community,
I haven't found anything on HPE Website or in QuickSpec which slot should be used to install the HPE Universal SATA HHHL 3yr Wty M.2 Kit (878783-B21) in a standard HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server.
I couldn't find specifiation in quick specs if the card is PCIe 3.0 X16 or PCIe 3.0 X8.
I would install it in slot 1, except if it is x16,. Then I would install in slot 2.
Any insights?
Thanks.

SolutionHi,
Please refer to this QuickSpecs, https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/a00001288enw.pdf
878783-B21 enablement Kit is an Add-In-Card, for installation inside of the server, that can be configured to be either Single or Dual with choice of any SATA 2280 M.2 in the HPE M.2 portfolio.
According to HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server QuickSpecs, https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/a00008180ENUS.pdf
According to http://partsurfer.hpe.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=878783-B21
It should b PCIe3 x8
Thank You!
