Add USB3 pcie Card To DL380 G7?

We have several DL380 G7 servers, and would love to add usb3 support to them.  I was happy to see that HP now offers a USB3 pcie card, but when I started to install it, the pcie card requires a connection to the power supply, like a hard drive needs power.  I guess that is to power the usb devices.

But I see no way to get that kind of power inside the DL380 G7.  Do you know if there is an accessory or HP part that would allow this?
