Adding 3rd&4th Processor

We plan to ugrade our Win2K DL580 dual 900 processsor server by adding 2 additional processors.
Will this require a re-install of Win2K and all applications?
Are there any other gotchas in this process?

Due to this already being a dual processor there is nothing that needs to be done.
No gotcha's either.
We are here for a good time, not a long time!
