ADIC Tape Device

I've got an ADIC device that shows the SCSI ID for the ADIC on a reboot, but does not find the Quantum ID 3. This works on 2 other Proliant 2500 units. Is there anything I can check to correct this? The tape drive does not appear in NT Control Panel so I cannot properly configure it within ArcServe.

Try moving the tape drive to one of the other Servers to verify the tape drive is working , if so, make comparsions with the drives , drivers and software setup .
