After putting a GPU on my HP dl360e it shows a red screen showing NMI error check IML logs

Do i have to change something from the bios?

Thats what the IML shows:

"ID","Severity","Class","Last Update","Initial Update","Count","Description",

"179","Critical","PCI Bus","10/15/2022 11:15","10/15/2022 11:01","2","Uncorrectable PCI Express Error (Slot 1, Bus 0, Device 3, Function 0, Error status 0x00000020)",

"178","Critical","System Error","10/15/2022 11:15","10/15/2022 11:01","2","Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred. System Firmware will log additional details in a separate IML entry if possible",

The errors might be due to unsupported card.

I thought if you had PCI-E you could put any graphics card if you have the drivers. Thanks for the info
