Array Controller Upgrade
Does anyone know how to get the correct drivers installed when replacing a failed 2DH array controller with a Smart Array 5302, whilst retaining all data on the existing array.
I just get a blue screen indicating inaccessible boot device and cannot load the driver.

Re: Array Controller Upgrade
Smart2DH uses CPQARRY.SYS driver whereas 5300 controller requires CPQCISSM.SYS/CPQCISSE.SYS driver which can be obtained from COMPAQ.COM site or by creating software diskettes from Smart Start 5.1 or later CD. Also please make sure that your boot controller order is set to first if you are booting from the Controller. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact Compaq's Tech Support at 1-800-ok-compaq.
